Pi(e)

Is it wrong that while helping our daughter with her math homework, I became obsessed with baking a pie? I have a ridiculous sweet tooth. While working on finding the area of circles, I started daydreaming. Well, I never really liked math much anyway. Pie, on the other hand! Mmm...

Nancy sent me over from her party to say hi, but that picture makes me hungry. I'm too lazy to make pie, so i make crisps instead.

Hi!

Oh, now I'm going to have to go bake something sweet. Mmmm, maybe cookies or brownies. One you get that thought in your head, there's nothing to do but give in to it. :)

Slag and I always try to say "pie" like Cartman on South Park. Specifically, the line is "No Kitty! This is my pot pie."

We've never been able to quite get it and I never understood why until I figured out that they speed the voices up electronically.

Oops! Sorry, Cheesy! I need to control my "sweet thoughts." ;)

Stucco- Get your mind out of the gutter. Oh wait! That is impossible! Heh.

Hi Meno! I've been wanting to meet you! I hear that you live quite close to us in the Emerald City. Are you a native? We really do love it here. The people are great and the city has so much to offer. Thanks for stopping by! I'll be over to your blog soon!

Jill- As a fellow "sweetaholic" you understand. How wonderful it is to be understood!

Our daughter can get really close to sounding like Cartman. It is so funny! Most of the kids in her 4th grade class last year were "experts" and quoted SP constantly. I weep for the future. ;)

Yes, i do live very near Seattle, across the lake on the Eastside. But i mostly grew up in Seattle, after i was 12 that is. My parents and brothers all still live in the North End.

I do love Seattle. My husband and i often entertain ourselves by heading over and visiting the sights and taking pictures.
