We Have a Date
July 21st 2007 (Our daughter's birthday :) The 7th book of HP will go on sale at 12:01am. A. and I are excited! Now we need to decide which bookstore to share the craziness. We want to go back to the Tattered Cover in CO for our last :( HP party but, as Stucco pointed out, for the cost of airfare, we could buy a HP edition of the iPod and all of the audio versions that A. and I have been wanting. So we need to find an alternative bookstore in Seattle that might have a fun party going on as well. Decisions, decisions!

There HAS to be cool bookstore in Seattle that will have HP festivities.

Jill- I am assured there are great bookstores to be found here. The people of West Seattle have a wealth of knowledge and are kind enough to share!
Pants- Frontier Airlines seems to have the best prices! I've already checked :)

There are some great bookstores -- I just can't remember the names. (Old age....and a tipping tiara)
The Eldest has gotten into Harry Potter this year and when the book was announced I asked if he wanted to go to the midnight frolic or have it sent to the door via Amazon. Inscrutably, he chose the doorstep....
T.- You and Pants should fly out together for one night. Bring L. and A. will be here and it will be a great "girls night out!" Since we'll have the little ones we can go for ice cream instead of drinks this year!
Amusing- Your Eldest is very smart indeed. It is less expensive and crowded, but we are a bit crazy around here and insist on "cracking the spines" in the middle of the night to get reading early.
Nancy knows how to throw a party eh? Need another drink? ;)
